The EUYO Association Board Strategic Subcommittee brings together members from different parts of the organisation to help devise the EUYO's strategic direction. It is currently composed of members of the EUYO Association Board, Advisory Council and Management.
Ewa Bogusz-Moore is General Director of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra, as well as a member of the European Concert Hall organization. Prior to these appointments, she was a deputy director at the Adam Mickiewicz Institute.
As a violinist, programmer, writer, educator and broadcaster, Marshall Marcus has worked in more than 70 countries across 5 continents. Currently, he is particularly interested in the role of culture in helping meet the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
Tobias Wollermann is Vice President Corporate Responsibility of the Otto Group, teaches at the Institute for Cultural and Media Management (KMM) at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg, and is on the board of several German music foundations.
